Comments: no garage sales today, so we went to the Loveland Goodwill store and then to Find Thrift, where it was the final day of their Going-Out-of-Business Sale.
This is what we found at Goodwill:

A new range!
We have been very happy with the Jenn Air range that came with the house, it is a fabulous appliance, and we had no plans to upgrade. Some time ago the fan for the exhaust vent quit working. Joe hasn't been able to get it repaired, so a new fan has been on our list of things to acquire before too long, although it wasn't a pressing item. When we saw this range our initial thought was to buy it for the fan, if we could get it cheap enough. But as we inspected the stove we realized that this one shows signs of only slight use, it is actually in very good condition, quite a bit better than our present one.
The stove had originally been priced at $275, then marked down to $135. Joe negotiated that down to $85, which we think is a fantastic bargain. So we plan to upgrade to the new range and save some of the old one for spare parts.
And, the fan on the new one works fine, so that problem is solved.
(Some pieces on the top of the stove were removed prior to moving so they wouldn't get lost, the only missing piece we could find is one of the small knobs (left of the clock) on the front.)
Here are Joe and Mick unloading the new range:
