Comments: Joe saw a CB at one of the sales yesterday, but didn't buy it because he thought the asking price was too high. After getting home he researched the radio and learned that it had desirable features he hadn't been aware of earlier, and got thinking he might like to have it after all. The sale was downtown, just a few blocks away, and was to continue today. So he went back to the sale to see if the radio was still there, it was, and he negotiated the price down a bit and bought it.
